Service Area
FNB Community Partners serves a multi-state region that includes Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. These states contain some of the highest poverty rates in the nation and many underserved communities facing significant economic and infrastructure challenges. Our commitment is to support projects that address critical gaps in broadband access, healthcare services, and multi-service community organizations.

Many areas within our service region struggle with limited access to affordable, high-speed internet, making broadband expansion a priority to support telehealth, education, and economic development. Additionally, healthcare shortages remain a pressing issue, with widespread medically underserved areas and high rates of uninsured individuals. Our investments in healthcare facilities will focus on improving access to essential medical services, particularly in rural and low-income areas. Multi-service organizations, such as homeless shelters and community wellness centers, provide crucial resources that enhance stability, job readiness, and overall well-being for residents in need.

By focusing on these priority areas, we aim to strengthen the economic and social infrastructure of the communities we serve, ensuring long-term opportunities for growth and development.

Projects
FNB Community Partners is committed to financing high-impact projects that strengthen communities by expanding access to essential services. Our pipeline includes projects that will expand broadband infrastructure, improve healthcare access, and support multi-service community organizations, all aimed at addressing critical needs in underserved areas.
Our broadband expansion projects will bring high-speed internet to rural and economically distressed communities, where reliable connectivity is often unavailable or unaffordable. These investments will help bridge the digital divide, enabling access to telehealth services, online education, and economic opportunities.
In healthcare, our pipeline includes projects that will expand and improve medical facilities, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and rural hospitals. These projects will increase access to primary care, women's health services, pharmaceutical care, and behavioral health resources for thousands of low-income residents, particularly in medically underserved areas.
Additionally, we are committed to supporting multi-service community organizations that provide critical resources such as housing assistance, workforce training, and social services. Our pipeline includes projects that will enhance the capacity of homeless shelters, community wellness centers, and organizations offering trauma-informed care and support for survivors of domestic violence.
These investments will play a vital role in strengthening infrastructure, expanding essential services, and creating opportunities for long-term community growth.
