Paul J. Ponte

Paul Ponte is the Executive Director of Partnership Housing Affordable to Society Everywhere (PHASE), a non-profit dedicated to expanding affordable housing opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in finance and affordable housing, he has led initiatives that support low- to moderate-income households nationwide. As Co-founder and former CEO of Triumph Housing Management, he helped grow the company to oversee nearly 10,000 affordable units across 23 states. Paul has also held leadership roles at Housing Systems, Inc. and founded Affordable Housing Advisory Services. He serves on multiple non-profit boards focused on housing and community development and holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
